WEBSITE CONTENT

I partnered with marketing and clinical teams to overhaul legacy websites from the ground up. Project scopes included content strategy and information architecture, auditing and restructuring preexisting content, rewriting and developing new pages, conducting clinician and patient interviews, gathering testimonials and bios, and partnering with designers to guide projects through launch.

I collaborated with WVU Medicine marketing and department heads to gather, organize, and draft content for several annual reports. These project require a massive amount of communication to not only source content, but also tee up the design team with a first draft that seamlessly communicates intent.
